Smugglers’ Notch Resort is rolling out a new mobile application called Smugglers Go designed to streamline and improve how guests can schedule on-demand shuttle rides. This new system aims to provide a smoother experience by functioning similarly to popular ride-share applications, allowing users to easily request transportation around the resort.
Guests can access the Smugglers Go app via the app stores to schedule their trips. In addition to direct scheduling, guests can also request shuttles through kiosks located at village point of sale locations during business hours. This process will eventually replace the resort’s traditional phone-based system for shuttle requests.
It is important to note that the on-demand service is limited to areas within and around Smugglers Village, including specific areas like North Hill and West Hill. The service does not extend to surrounding areas or the upper mountain regions. Other shuttle services, such as the Bootleggers Express and a golf cart loop, continue to operate daily.
