SUMMER BEGINS AT LOON MOUNTAIN RESORT 

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND 
 

LINCOLN, NH (May 13, 2019) – Loon Mountain Resort’s summer adventures begin – including New Hampshire’s longest scenic Gondola Skyride, Adventure Center, and Aerial Forest Adventure Park – Memorial Day Weekend, May 25-27. The resort will be open weekends only through June 16, with daily operations beginning Monday, June 17. 

TOP-TO-BOTTOM MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE 

With activities from base to summit, Loon is the perfect destination for summer adventure in the White Mountains. New Hampshire’s longest scenic Gondola Skyride transports guests to the summit of Loon Peak, where they can climb an observation tower for spectacular views of the White Mountains, dine at the newly-renovated Summit Café, play 18-holes of disc golf, embark on a self-guided hike, and explore summit glacial caves.

Downhill Mountain Biking | 2019/20 Capital Improvements | 4-Season Subscription Pass 

LINCOLN, NH (March 1, 2019) – Loon Mountain Resort is excited to announce several major capital projects for the coming year, including breaking ground on a network of lift-accessed downhill mountain biking trails and significant snowmaking efficiency improvements. The resort will also introduce the new Access Pass, a four-season subscription pass that covers everything from skiing and riding in the winter to ziplining, scenic gondola rides, biking and disc golf in the spring, summer, and fall.

December 20, 2018 (Boston, MA) – As the road to Red Bull Crashed Ice Boston continues, 48 male and female skaters will contend for the chance to race shoulder-to-shoulder with professional athletes competing in the Ice Cross Downhill World Championship in February at Fenway Park. The Red Bull Crashed Ice Athlete Search Final will be hosted at Loon Mountain Resort in New Hampshire on Saturday, January 12.

FIRST CLASS BEGINNER’S WEEKENDS SNOWBOARDER EDITION

Lincoln, NH (Dec. 4, 2018) – Loon Mountain Resort’s innovative First Class Beginner’s Weekend program, which has given skiers a quick start to the sport since 2015, is now open to aspiring snowboarders.

This winter, snowboarders who enroll in a First Class Beginner’s Weekend will be treated to an immersive weekend-long learning experience that includes daily lessons, lift tickets, a slopeside learning lounge, and their own new Burton snowboard, plus boots and bindings. Skiers who sign up for the program will take home a new pair of HEAD skis, as well as bindings and boots.
