Winchester Speedpark to serve as practice facility for regional snocross teams
Venue to host 2020 season opener for new sanctioning body
SALEM, N.H. (Nov. 22, 2019) — One of the northeast’s most popular and well-designed powersports racing venues will play a key role in helping local snocross teams prepare for the coming season.
Winchester Speedpark, located in scenic Winchester, New Hampshire, will be the site of a snocross practice facility this December. Practice sessions are slated for Dec. 14-15 and Dec. 21-22.
LINCOLN, NH (November 11, 2019) – Thanks to the most powerful snowmaking system in New Hampshire and a coming winter storm, Loon Mountain Resort will open with the most terrain in the state on Friday, November 15 at 9 a.m.
Skiers and riders can kick off their season with top-to-bottom skiing and riding from the Gondola on Exodus, Bear Claw Extension, Flying Fox, Upper Picked Rock, Upper Bear Claw, Grand Junction, Lower Bear Claw, Seven Brothers, Crosscut, Link and Brookway. On Saturday, Loon will continue to expand terrain as snowmaking temperatures permit and will be open for daily operation. Guest services will be open in the Octagon Lodge, as well as food and beverage offerings and the Paul Bunyan Room. The Loon Mountain Sports retail shop and tuning center will also be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
LINCOLN, NH (September 3, 2019) – With brilliant foliage and classic events like White Mountain Oktoberfest, fall is one of the most exciting times of the year at Loon. This year, autumn gets amped up even more with the grand opening of the resort’s new downhill mountain biking trail network.
Open Daily Through Columbus Day With colorful foliage poised to reach the White Mountains in just a few short weeks, now’s the time to visit Loon. The scenic Gondola Skyride, Summit Adventures, and Summit Glacial Caves will be open daily through October 14. The Adventure Center and Aerial Forest Adventure Park will be open weekends through October 14, except September 20–22.
Downhill Mountain Biking | Grand Opening Launch Weekend September 7–8, 2019
Lincoln, N.H. (August 21, 2019) – Loon Mountain Resort is excited to announce the grand opening of its new downhill mountain biking trail network on Saturday, September 7 at 10 a.m.
LINCOLN, NH (May 13, 2019) – Loon Mountain Resort’s summer adventures begin – including New Hampshire’s longest scenic Gondola Skyride, Adventure Center, and Aerial Forest Adventure Park – Memorial Day Weekend, May 25-27. The resort will be open weekends only through June 16, with daily operations beginning Monday, June 17.

With activities from base to summit, Loon is the perfect destination for summer adventure in the White Mountains.
