Morin, Poirier split Pro finals in Bennington for East Coast Snocross,

BENNINGTON, Vermont (Feb. 29, 2016) – Five-time champion and current point leader Danny Poirier and teammate Mathieu Morin split the Pro Open finals over the weekend, as East Coast Snocross (ECS) completed Round 5 of its eight-race schedule at Willow Park in Bennington, Vermont.

Jess Racing earns another podium at Hollywood Casino Snocross National
JOLIET, Illinois (Mar. 7, 2016) – Massachusetts-based Jess Racing enjoyed another solid outing on the national snocross tour over the weekend, competing in ISOC’s annual Hollywood Casino Snocross National at the beautiful Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, Illinois.
Pro Lite rider Montana Jess kicked off the weekend in impressive fashion on Friday evening, earning first and fourth place finishes during qualifying rounds. In the 14-lap final, Jess inherited the lead shortly after the start when two riders came together in the first corner. The points leader set sail and held the lead until the final circuit, settling for second to notch his 10th podium finish in 13 starts.

Inaugural event at Pittston Farm now a points race for East Coast Snocross,

CLARKSBURG, Mass. (Jan. 28, 2016) – When race teams make the trek to Maine’s famed Northwoods region in mid-March, there will be much more at stake than trophies and bragging rights.
What was originally planned as a high-stakes exhibition race northwest of Moosehead Lake has taken on new meaning, as officials at East Coast Snocross (ECS) announce the inaugural Maine Northwoods Sno-X Challenge at Historic Pittston Farm on March 12-13 will now be a points race for Pro Open, Pro Lite and Sport classes.

Jess Racing earns a pair of podiums at U.S. Air Force Snocross National
Pro rider Jake Scott puts in performance of a lifetime on Saturday
DEADWOOD, South Dakota (Jan. 27, 2016) – After a difficult night of racing on Friday, Massachusetts native Montana Jess and New York native Jake Scott both recovered nicely on Saturday with podium finishes, as Jess Racing completed rounds seven and eight on the 2016 AMSOIL Championship Snocross (ACS) tour at the Days of 76 Sports Complex.
On Friday, Jess missed the setup slightly in qualifying and was forced to run the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) to get into the final. After winning the LCQ, the 18-year-old soldiered to a fourth place finish and held onto his points lead in Pro Lite. Saturday went much better, notching third and second-place finishes in qualifying before powering his way to third in the 16-lap Final.

Season opener in Plattsburgh next up for East Coast Snocross,

CLARKSBURG, Mass. (Jan. 18, 2016) – Now that winter has finally moved in to stay here in the northeast, the time to go snowmobile racing is here. After months of preparation at race shops throughout New England and New York, it’s time to load the trailers, pack the gear and get those sleds on the snow.
Race fans can get ready for another high-flying season, as East Coast Snocross (ECS) gets set for the 2016 season opener, on Saturday and Sunday, January 23-24, at

Jess Racing notches another podium finish at Pirtek Snocross National
Massachusetts native holds on to points lead in Pro Lite
SHAKOPEE, Minnesota (Jan. 13, 2016) – After a tough night of racing Friday, Massachusetts native Montana Jess bounced back in style on Saturday with a podium finish as Jess Racing completed Rounds five and six on the 2016 AMSOIL Championship Snocross (ACS) tour at Canterbury Park.
Jess, 18, of Westminster, was fast in Friday’s qualifying rounds with a pair of second-place runs. During the final, he charged up to the sixth position from deep in the field before having a mechanical failure (broken shock) pitch him off the sled at lap six (of 10), sending him to a 13th-place finish.
