Mother Nature sure knows the way to our hearts She delivered 12 inches of freshies boosting our already incredible base to nearly 5 feet! Who needs chocolate and roses when there’s fresh pow to shred! What perfect timing for the long holiday weekend and the start of school vacation week! Do not miss out on these absolutely stellar conditions!

Debut in Berkshire County next stop for East Coast Snocross, Presented by AMSOIL and Woody’s Traction
CHESHIRE, Conn. (Feb. 14, 2014) – Known for its scenic natural beauty and ample opportunities for sportsman, hikers and tourists, Berkshire County in western Massachusetts is almost as rural and pristine as parts of northern Vermont and New Hampshire.
On Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 22-23, this typically quiet region will roar to life, as East Coast Snocross (ECS) rolls into town for Round 8 of its 10-race 2014 schedule at “The Range” in North Adams just off Route 8.

Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows will have over 40 features for Presidents Day Weekend including 9 jumps between the two resorts. Check it out this weekend.
By this weekend we’ll have 32 lifts and over 100 runs available. With these additions you can ski our acclaimed big mountain terrain, wide open bowls, perfect corduroy, and gentle beginner slopes all in a single day on one ticket. Beginners will be able to ski from High Camp for the first time this season. In addition to jaw dropping views, the green runs at High Camp are ideal for learning to turn.
We had another spectacular week full of sunshine and perfect corduroy here at Loon Mountain. Right now the snow is coming down and we are expecting over a foot to fall tonight!
We’re 100% open with 17 Trails. The Tubing Park is closed for the day. Come on down and ski with legendary skier Wayne Wong now until the 16th!
Presidents’ Week is approaching and the snow is falling!
The flakes have been flying all day long and it’s REALLY starting to stack up! We could see 1-2 inches per hour with over a FOOT by the time it’s over! Check out this week’s instant commercial to see for yourself or just come up and shred the freshies instead! There’s no better place to get snowed in than here at Wachusett! Keep an eye out for this commercial on channels 4, 5, 7, MyTV38, and channel 64 in Providence through Saturday!
The flakes are flying and it’s stacking up quick! We could see 1-2 inches an hour during peak times of the storm with 10-14 inches before it’s all over! It’s going to be an awesome powder day! Head on up and hit Wachusett! It’s fun to get snowed in on the slopes!
