Club was formed in 1974.
2010-2011 membership approximately 65 members.
Own 1200 sq.ft. clubhouse and a 1232 sq.ft. equipment storage building on 1 acre of land.
Clubhouse is located on route 2 just 4 miles east of downtown Skowhegan.
Club owns two large groomers:
1997 Sno-Cat T1000 – 110 hp diesel with 7.5 ft mogul master drag. (Southside)
1995 Sno-Cat T1000 – 110 hp diesel with 8.5 ft mogul master drag. (Northside and Intown)
Club Maintains 36 miles of trail in Skowhegan and approx. 20 miles in the notch area.
The Sno-Hawks acquire permissions from more than 125 landowners for trail use.
Built and maintain 15 bridges to enable winter water crossings.
