LOON MOUNTAIN RESORT TO OPEN
FOR SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 16
LINCOLN, NH (November 14, 2018) – Loon Mountain Resort will open for the 2018-19 winter season with top-to-bottom skiing and riding on Friday, November 16 at 9 a.m.
Skiers and snowboarders will enjoy two routes from the summit to base of Loon Peak on opening day, including the Seven Brothers and Upper and Lower Bear Claw trails. Beginner terrain will be available on Sarsaparilla, and two terrain parks will also be open. Lift service will be offered via the Gondola, and snowmaking will continue as weather permits on certain open trails.

Pinkham Notch, NH – October 27, 2018 – Wildcat Mountain opened at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 27, 2018, their earliest opening day ever recorded. Skiing and riding in October certainly is an anomaly, however the Wildcat fanbase and skiers from all across New England made it known – they are ready for winter sports.

Team D&D announces roster for 2018-19 snocross season
Three-rider team prepares for all-out assault on snow
LOWVILLE, N.Y. (Oct. 22, 2018) — One of the northeast’s most recognized and respected names in snowmobile performance products and tuning is gearing up for a big winter ahead.
Team D&D/Arctic Cat has just concluded another stellar season of snowmobile grass drag competition and has turned its focus to the 2018-19 snocross season. The team is preparing for a three- rider assault on snow at tracks throughout the snow belt. The challenge begins on Nov. 23-25.

Officials announce 2019 event schedule at East Coast Snocross

CLARKSBURG, Mass. (Oct. 22, 2018) – With more predictions of above normal snowfall being heard throughout the northeast this fall, excitement for the coming winter is already building.
Officials at East Coast Snocross (ECS) announced an eight-race schedule for 2019 on Monday, filled with a mix of new and familiar venues in five different states. Teams will hit the snow in mid-January in New Hampshire and stay active until the season finale in late March in Massachusetts.

LINCOLN, NH (September 17, 2018) – White Mountain Oktoberfest, the region’s largest celebration of German food, drink, and music, will take place at Loon Mountain Resort over Columbus Day Weekend, October 6–7.
White Mountain Oktoberfest will give visitors the chance to enjoy seasonal brews, bratwurst, and breathtaking fall foliage alongside friends old and new. An Oompah band will provide the soundtrack to two days of fun events, including a stein-hoisting contest, keg toss, and plenty of fun activities for kids.
Peak Resorts sells Grand Summit to Unit Owners
Bartlett, NH. – September 12, 2018 – Peak Resorts Inc., owners & operators of Attitash Mountain Resort, announced Wednesday that it has sold the commercial unit at the Grand Summit to the Unit Owners Association.
The commercial unit consists of the front desk and office areas, a restaurant and bar, a snack bar and all the meeting space.
“The sale allows us to focus all our resources on our core businesses at the resort and gives the Association the opportunity to self manage the entire property ”, stated John Lowell, GM & VP of Attitash Mountain Resort.
