The Boston Bruins recently hosted a special event on Monday, November 2, honoring active-duty military members, veterans, and their families during Military Appreciation Night. The event took place as the team faced the Vegas Golden Knights at the TD Garden, providing a platform for community recognition.

As part of the celebration, the Bruins demonstrated strong support for the military community by donating season tickets to active-duty service members and veterans through organizations like the United Service Organizations (USO) and Home Base. The team also assembled care packages for members of the USO in recognition of the night.

The spirit of service was further highlighted when select Bruins players met with members of Boston Warriors Hockey and veterans in attendance. The event also included opportunities for fans to participate, such as filling out "I Salute" cards for recognition during the game.

During the game, the Bruins recognized Bo and Chrissy, service dogs trained through Canine Support Teams’ (CST) PAWZ for Wounded Veterans program, as the Community All-Stars. This recognition honors the service dogs that provide mobility, independence, and companionship to current and former members of the U.S. Military.
